Butte MT, The Richest Hill on Earth!

Naranche Stadium:

The “soul”
of Butte America  a symbol of unchanged purpose, a dedication to excellence, and a tribute to the spirit of an undying breed; a Butte icon characterized by a tenacity and will reflective of its melting pot chemistry.   Its restoration is a tribute to the citizens of Butte past and present;  and to every Bulldog  who ever ran out on the field dressed in PURPLE and WHITE.   On September 23, 2011, its 38 year long silence will be broken and once again Naranche Stadium will be filled with the voices of the young and old as they stand and join together in what will undoubtedly be a most raucous rendition of
Butte High School’s Fight Song.

As we enjoy our long awaited  HOMECOMING,   take a moment to recognize the efforts of a few dedicated people who not only understood the historical significance of this Butte icon but, had the vision and perseverance  to will it back to life.
